‘A material physical exploration of a metaphysical dimension’- Chloe Valorso
In the Witching hours of the 21st century, Chloe is investigating our reality, using jewellery as a shamanic language, she collages organic/manmade, seen/imagined and raw materials - combining ancient symbols and leitmotifs with modern-day youth culture and the digital language of motion graphics, 3D imagery and emoji culture. Her pieces are amulets, activated when worn, empowering the wearer through their compelling symbolic qualities and deep sense of history and story-telling – essential components in this innovative interpretation of mythology. Her pieces encourage a contemplative and spiritual approach to our environment and aim to inspire a reconnection to the self, each other and nature.
